I am Guy Levi, the founder of The Intellectual Property Law Office of Guy Levi, LLC, which specializes in all legal aspects of intellectual property protection and commercialization for start-ups and technology companies. My work involves wide array of disciplines including chemical and mechanical engineering, life-science and computerized business methods. These aspects include patent preparation and prosecution, trademarks and copyrights registration, establishing trade secrets protection procedures and equity distribution. My work also involves litigation and providing legal opinions concerning patentability, freedom to operate and infringement analysis, as well as buyer-side and seller-side due diligence. In addition, I have structured various agreements, including technology evaluation agreements, sole-supplier agreements, patent-licensing agreements and more.
